Data we collect with consent: device/online identifiers, usage and event data (e.g., page views, referrers) via cookies/SDKs.

We collect the following information: name, country, address, phone, company, position, title, IP address, and info about your browsing activity on our website.
Information will be collected either through our email tool Zoho, and Google Analytics (for browsing analytics purposes).
We use your personal information for administrative and business purposes particularly to contact you, and process orders you place on our website, to improve our business and website, for advertising and for analytical purposes, in connection with our legal rights and obligations, and for certain additional purposes only with your explicit consent.
Purposes & legal bases
We process personal data to operate and secure our website (including hosting, performance, and fraud/abuse prevention) on the basis of our legitimate interests. We use analytics and measurement (Google Analytics 4) only after you provide consent via our cookie banner. We send marketing emails (Zoho Campaigns) with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We handle sales enquiries and fulfilment (responding to requests, processing shop orders) as necessary to enter into or perform a contract, and where appropriate under our legitimate interests (e.g., B2B lead handling). We also process data to meet legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, and record-keeping.
How we use cookies
We use essential cookies and, with your consent, analytics/marketing cookies. Non-essential cookies load only after opt-in via our banner. You can change choices anytime via the Usercentrics cookie settings at the bottom of your screen.
Third party cookies
We use third-party services as our processors, including Google Analytics 4 (site measurement) and Zoho (forms/newsletters). These set cookies or similar technologies when you consent. For details, see their own notices.

We use service providers under data-processing agreements, including:
hosting/CDN & site platform (e.g., Webflow), analytics (Google Analytics 4), email/newsletters (Zoho), productivity (Microsoft 365), e-commerce & payments (Shopify and payment providers), fulfilment (Quivo). We share personal data only as needed for the purposes above or where required by law.
International transfers
Some providers are outside the EEA/Switzerland. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework / Swiss-US DPF (for certified recipients), Standard Contractual Clauses, and/or an applicable adequacy decision. How long we retain your personal information
We will retain your personal information for no longer than necessary, taking into account any legal obligations we have (to maintain records for tax purposes) and any other legal basis we have for using your personal information:

- Performance of a contract with you.
- Our legitimate interests as a business (including sending to you information about innovation tools, workshops, and blog posts).
Analytics data is kept according to our GA4 retention setting (14 months).
The information collected through Zoho will be erased when it is no longer needed, or by request of the user.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and (where applicable) exercise data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time with future effect.
EU/EEA: you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Switzerland: you can contact the FDPIC (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner).
