As a University of St. Gallen spin-off, we co-developed the Innovation Culture Navigator, a hands-on framework that translates 66 proven cultural practices into concrete action, helping organisations unlock the innovation potential already inside their teams.
The Culture Navigator Methodology enables teams to systematically ascertain their innovation potential by identifying the cultural patterns, behaviors, and conditions that drive or hinder innovation. Working with us means building the capability to continuously assess and evolve your innovation culture from within.
